Managing Partner
Diego is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Ibagué. He holds specializations and a master's degree in NIIF and Tax Law from Javeriana and Externado universities, respectively, and is also certified in NIIF by the ICAEW. His extensive experience as a consultant and advisor for over 20 years in companies of all types of industries, especially in the retail, import, export, and services industries, allows him to have an integral, professional, and expert approach to the Colombian market. He has worked with more than 250 companies on tax, NIIF, and accounting matters.
Additionally, he has been a board member for companies in the real sector and was part of the NIIF technical commission of the INCP. Diego has been a prominent author in the INCP magazine, as well as a speaker and professor at various universities and conferences both nationally and internationally.
Samuel es el Lead Partner para todos los servicios Profesionales de la Firma; cuenta con más de 30 años de trayectoria profesional y ha trabajado de la mano con empresas líderes en Latinoamérica y el mundo.
Samuel is a Certified Public Accountant from Javeriana University, with a specialization in International Financial Accounting from the same university. He holds an NIIF certification from the ICAEW, in addition to extensive experience in financial processes and business-applied technologies.
He has served as a leader in accounting, financial, and tax processes for more than 200 companies across various industries, especially in retail, import, manufacturing, health, and services, both domestically and internationally.
He has been a board member for companies in the educational and non-profit sectors; additionally, he has served as a speaker, mentor, and coach for business teams and as a finance professor at major universities in the country.
